I have been meaning to let you know that the food was fabulous! The Paella was a real show stopper and thankfully plenty for us to enjoy as well, so everyone was happy.  Sofia loved having her friends to enjoy the meal with her, although sadly there was very little in the way of help clearing up 😫.

Thank you so much for all your help and the delivery service. That was one less worry for me!

As I knew it would be but thank you so much. I also really appreciate the food being carefully transported in Styrofoam boxes – the paella was still hot enough that it didn’t need reheating!  All I had to do was crisp up the croquetas/patatas etc. in our little office oven for a few minutes.

I swear a caught a couple of our boys attempting to lick the foil trays at the end . . .
