We cannot thank you all enough for helping to make our wedding everything we wanted it to be – we had so many compliments on how great the food was and the sharing tapas bowls worked great for getting people chatting at the tables which was just we wanted and fun chatty relaxed wedding!

The whole day was a bit crazy for us as the weather threw all our nicely planned timings out the window! I never even found out the names of all your team that were with us but they were fantastic – battling the elements and the snug seating in the tipis they couldn’t have worked harder. Please pass on our thanks to all of them too.

Nick and his team provided us with a fantastic catering service for our wedding reception and our guests were very impressed with the selection of Paella and their efficiency. During the planning phase he went out of his way to ensure that we got exactly what was needed. It meant that David and I could really enjoy our wedding party without worrying about the catering

It was amazing thank you. Loads of people have complemented the food. People are so used to going to weddings and being served cold chicken/salmon that it was a treat to eat something hot and tasty! Please thank all the staff and cooks, I didn’t get the chance on the day. They did a fantastic job for us.

Paella Fella catered for our wedding on the 3rd of September 2016, and I cannot recommend these guys and girls enough to anyone else.

All the advance information and communication was top notch, with always a speedy response to queries.

On the day they were punctual and well organised, we had what could be described as not ideal weather (translation – absolutely rubbish; windy and wet) but they coped and dealt with a difficult situation outstandingly.

The staff that were there on the day (including Nick the Director – talk about the personal touch) were immaculately presented and exuded a calm and professional aura. Smiling and enhancing the atmosphere wherever they went.

Finally the food – WOW. The starters were sublime and a great combination. We had three different paellas cooked (130 guests), each was individual and totally authentic, with really generous portions and even enough for seconds for those who wanted. Desserts that just hit the spot, even the guys found the dessert stomachs their other halves always claim to have.

Overall, 11/10 for everything!

If you are looking to book a caterer for your wedding or event – take it from someone who has had the experience – don’t hesitate!

Just a note to thank you so much for the delicious canapes and wonderful paella you served at Peter and Danielle’s wedding. The guests loved it.  The staff were so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They worked tirelessly on a hot day through the whole event.
