Traditional Valenciana Paella
The true original paella – We know because we made it at the International Paella Competition in Valencia in
Spain and believe us, they are very particular. Made with chicken, rabbit, three types of bean – flat green (ferradura) beans, butter (lima/garrofon) beans and white kidney (tavella) beans – and snails (optional), and a stock seasoned with rosemary.

Fideua Paella – it’s Great for Kids!
A twist on original paella – instead of rice it is made with special Fideua Pasta (macaroni/ angel hair). Typically it is always made with Seafood, but you can have it made with Chicken & Chorizo or Verdura, or it can be made with Squid ink, too!
