All went very well and as I remembered, thank you for all your help.

We heard nothing but praise from guests about the paella and when I got round to tasting the seafood (I had not realised Mum had so many friends), it was very good indeed.

The team was indeed very self-sufficient, setting up, cooking and then clearing up. It is absolutely true that we did not have to do a thing – which was excellent because we didn’t realise how busy we would be.

The party was a great success, thank you – Karl had absolutely no idea until the gigantic tepee arrived in his garden during the afternoon of the 30th!!

Everyone was full of praise for the delicious paella that was served during the evening.  There were left overs (which I was secretly hoping for!! and now lurk in my freezer waiting for a day to think of sunshine and holidays) which were distributed amongst the guests at the end of the evening.

I cannot thank you enough for alleviating the stress of organising food for a large number of guests and would not hesitate to use you again in the future.

Thank you so much for making it so easy for us to pull the surprise off.

I would like to thank the team for an amazing job yesterday.  They were friendly, efficient and very accommodating to our last minute changes regarding the chorizo.  I have received so many compliments from our staff .  I have not heard one negative comment, so thank you.

Also please send my thanks to Olivia who was also very helpful with my initial query and booking process.

We hold various events for our residents and staff on numerous occasions so I am sure we will be in touch again.

It was amazing thank you. Loads of people have complemented the food. People are so used to going to weddings and being served cold chicken/salmon that it was a treat to eat something hot and tasty! Please thank all the staff and cooks, I didn’t get the chance on the day. They did a fantastic job for us.

Great party on Saturday with all guests commenting on the lovely food.  Having help with the first few rounds of drinks was also great.

The party was in full swing as you all left and I did not have a chance to thank you all.
