What to say? It was a wonderful evening, due in no small part to the magnificent Paella Fella team. It goes without saying that the food was delicious and the paella truly awesome. The Spanish contingents were most impressed! The totally professional, efficient and friendly team worked their socks off and what a charming, helpful and delightful bunch of folk they were. Their communication skills were exceptional and Alex felt that everything was under complete control the whole evening in a relaxed and warm way. We really cannot thank you all enough and everyone is still talking about it today! Everyone was amazing and it seems churlish to mention anyone in particular, but the young people who stayed on to serve on the bar were incredible and went beyond the call of duty. The final thank you goes to both of you. From the moment Alex first made contact until the final details you have both been so kind and supportive….making the whole affair run like clockwork and seemingly effortless. This we know is really the result of total professionalism and awesome administrative skills. Thank you so very much. We shall be singing the praises of your company far and wide!! The food and your service, from all of your staff was absolutely fantastic! Everyone so enjoyed the food, and also the serving style set the tone for the day, getting people to mingle, almost setting a family atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for more!

It was a lovely day and thankfully, despite setting up in the pouring rain, the weather held out for the afternoon. Your team were absolute troupers and the food was lovely, thank you so much. Please pass on my thanks to the guys who attended as well as they set up in horrendous conditions and were still smiling! 🙂 Dad loved the day and was thoroughly surprised so a great success all round.

It was a great exercise. We actually had to talk to one another rather than emailing across the office. It made us converse and come together in a fun way to solve some tricky tasks. It was the most non-corporate corporate day out and everyone was put through their paces.

The party went down very well and my wife was definitely surprised! Mick and Steve were absolutely awesome – very patient, professional, friendly and just everything that I could have wished for. They took all the hassle out of it and I can’t speak highly enough of them.
