COVID-19 Safety & Hygiene Measures

What measures are you taking to make your delivery service safe for Covid-19 measures?
We have implemented heightened health and safety contingencies on top of our Five Star Hygiene rating and routine operational processes and standards. All team members are either working from home and/or are following social distancing measures when out delivering, for the safety of our customers and themselves.

What extra hygiene procedures have been put in place?

As per Government recommendations Paella Fella has implemented additional hand washing procedures, and mandatory use of masks and gloves by the team involved in both food preparation and delivery. Kitchen staff are working shifts individually to minimise cross exposure. All equipment is undergoing additional deep cleans and sterilisation. Incoming deliveries from suppliers are being carefully controlled. Outgoing deliveries are subject to our new COVID-19 procedures (please see below).

How do your delivery team ensure a contactless process?

Our delivery team are following an agreed COVID-19 protocol to ensure a contactless service. They will notify all customers of their delivery slot and send an alert once the order is on its way. On arrival at the delivery address, your delivery driver will alert you that they are outside.
He / She will remove your order from its protective thermal bag and place your delivery on your doorstep ready for you to collect once they have returned to their vehicle. All delivery team members will be wearing protective masks and gloves to avoid any contact with your delivery.
For this reason, we regret we are unable to accept payment by card or cash upon delivery.
