On Monday 23 March the Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, announced stricter measures to help to prevent the continuing spread of coronavirus. We must all stay at home and only go outside for food, health reasons or essential work.
In the light of this latest announcement Paella Fella is making continual changes to our business, our food preparation, and to our events and delivery model, for the safety of our employees and customers.
We have already implemented heightened sanitary contingencies on top of our Five Star Hygiene rating and routine operational processes and standards. This is especially pertinent in the area of our new food delivery service where we have made the process contactless for mutual hygiene and safety.
We are following the Government guidelines closely and are adapting to the changing situation. Depending on the date of your upcoming event this may necessitate us contacting you to make modifications. Given the current circumstances, should you wish to make changes to your event, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will of course work with you on a personal basis.
